Stallcrate (“we”, “the platform”) is a marketplace for digital goods — downloadable files such as templates, printables, prompts, graphics, audio, and similar products. There is no physical shipping.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, infringe others’ rights, or engage in fraud.

Sellers

By listing a product you confirm you have the rights to sell it and that the file does not contain malware or illegal content. You set your own prices (minimum $5.00). Stallcrate charges a 15% platform fee on each successful sale. Card processing fees charged by Stripe (estimated ~2.9% + $0.30; actual fees can vary by card) are also deducted from the sale before your Connect payout. Your seller dashboard shows gross, Stallcrate fee, estimated Stripe fee, and your net payout.

Buyers & digital delivery

After a successful payment you receive a time-limited download link (with a download count limit). Digital goods are delivered as files only.

Refunds

Because products are digital and can be copied immediately, sales are generally final after a successful download. If a file is corrupted, missing, or materially not as described, contact the seller first. Stallcrate may, at its discretion, assist with a refund or re-delivery in clear cases of non-delivery or misrepresentation before or without a completed download.

Prohibited use

Do not upload or sell illegal content, stolen intellectual property, malware, or anything that violates applicable law. Do not attempt to bypass fees, scrape the site abusively, or interfere with other users.

Platform role

Stallcrate provides hosting, discovery, and checkout infrastructure. Sellers are independent; listing content is their responsibility. We do not guarantee continuous uptime or that any particular listing will sell.
